Broadstone Rino

Broadstone Rino is a 270 unit Multi-family residential apartment. The concept was to make the building have the appearance of a “wooden cube” and be natural looking, robust and low maintenance. Located in the heart of the River North Art District, this multifamily project looks out onto the Platte River and the panorama of the Downtown Denver skyline. Winner of the Golden Nugget award in 2017
