Marine Drive Multifamily

This is a stunning multifamily project on the main drag in White Rock facing the ocean featuring our two-tone RusticSeries lap siding throughout the development.

Challenge

This project faces the ocean and is south facing. For this reason, the developer, Centra exteriors, was worried about UV rays and salt water causing the siding to fade and/or corrode.

Solution

Our RusticSeries provides a 20-year coating warranty against excessive fading by UV Rays as well as saltwater applications at the appropriate distance. See full warranty for details.

Cline Design provided architectural design services for this 274-unit apartment community in Southwest Charlotte.  With an average unit size of 1,100 sf, Solis Berewick is situated in a 1,150-acre master-planned community with multiple dining and shopping opportunities. The apartment community amenities include an outdoor pool with screened pavilion, gaming and entertainment lounge, fitness studio including spin and yoga, internet cafe and coffee bar.
