• Woodtone will consider the installation of the product as final acceptance and will not honor any claims regarding said product.
• James Hardie does not warrant product applications in the following states/provinces: Alaska, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland, Labrador, Nova Scotia, PEI and New Brunswick. Consequently, Woodtone will not ship this product to those locations.

Ice and Snow Buildup Prevention Statement

Ice and snow are not permitted to accumulate against RusticSeries products. Building design must incorporate adequate protective measures to prevent ice and snow buildup, including but not limited to:

• Proper drainage systems
• Adequate roof overhangs and eaves
• Appropriate grading away from the structure
• Installation of snow guards or retention systems where applicable
• Sufficient clearance from ground level

Failure to protect RusticSeries products from ice and snow accumulation may result in moisture damage, material degradation, and will void warranty coverage. It is the responsibility of the designer, builder, and property owner to ensure proper building design and site conditions prevent such accumulation.
