To Our Valued Partners, Customers, and Community,

Like many of you, we are continuously monitoring information from official health organizations and planning for the health and safety of our people as well as the continuation of the business. We are not currently aware of any employees directly impacted by COVID-19, however, we are undertaking measures to protect our employees, their families, our customers, partners, and communities.

Sales Teams

To practice social distancing, our outside sales teams will work remotely; all travel being deferred until we are confident it is safe to travel again. As a measure of public safety, we have instructed all sales teams to stop all site visits. Our inside teams are in the office will continue to work diligently to help you meet your commitments to your customers. They can be reached via phone or email during regular office hours.

Production and Operations

There is currently no impact on inventory and our ability to manufacture and ship products to our customers. The recent announcement by the Canadian Government confirmed that commercial freight crossing the border will not be impacted. Our three production facilities are in full operation. We have implemented strategies to limit exposure for our employees within our facilities.

As you are aware, COVID-19 is a fluid situation that continues to change on a daily basis. We will continue to monitor the information provided and make decisions as required to navigate through this situation. Please take care of yourself, your family and your employees.
