Participation and Payment Details

Rebate program is subject to these terms and conditions and by submitting a Claim, Purchaser expressly agrees to these terms and conditions. All invoices must clearly indicate Qualifying Trade Company name, name of Qualifying Product purchased, date of purchase, and total price paid for each Qualifying Product. Quotes, estimates, delivery tickets, sales tickets, screen prints or order acknowledgments are not accepted. All registration forms and/or invoice submittals must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase for the selected product listed on the invoice and received within 45 days of purchased date listed on the invoice to be eligible for rebate/incentive. All Claims must be received by Woodtone on or before July 31, 2025. Claims made after this date will not be honored.

Purchase must be made by Qualifying Trade Company to be eligible for rebate payment. PURCHASES MADE BY HOMEOWNERS ON BEHALF OF THEIR TRADE PROFESSIONAL CANNOT BE ACCEPTED. ALL COMMERCIAL INVOICES MUST CLEARLY INDICATE QUALIFYING BUILDING COMPANY NAME, NAME OF QUALIFYING PRODUCT PURCHASED, DATE OF PURCHASE, JOBSITE ADDRESS, AND TOTAL PRICE PAID.

Questions? Call 1-800-663-9844. PAYMENTS TO THE QUALIFYING TRADE COMPANY WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN APPROXIMATELY 60 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORM AND VALID INVOICE(S). Additional Rules and Regulations: Woodtone may modify the terms of or cancel this rebate at any time in its sole discretion. Rebate and/or incentive is only available in Canada and the United States. Rebate and/or incentive cannot be combined with any other promotion. The maximum rebate per Qualifying Trade Company is $845.00. All rebate checks will be issued to the trade company (rather than the trade company employee). Woodtone is not responsible for failure of retail salesperson to properly submit rebate materials.

Additional Rules and Regulations:

All materials submitted in connection with a Claim become the property of Woodtone and will not be returned. Purchaser should keep a copy of any Claim for its records. Terms and Conditions: All Claims are subject to review and verification by Woodtone. There is a limit of one Rebate per Purchaser per Product Family. Each Claim may include more than one Qualifying Product, but the maximum total Claim cannot exceed the Maximum Rebate Amount per Product Family. This Rebate may not be combined with any other rebate or discount. Rebate not available to homeowners, builder-owners, dealers, distributors, electricians, plumbers, HVAC professionals, or subcontractors or non-licensed persons or entities. All Claims must be received by Woodtone on or before July 31, 2025. Claims received after this date will not be honored. Valid Claims will be paid within 6-8 weeks. Woodtone’s decisions on any issues relating to this Rebate program and the payment of any Claim are final. Purchaser is solely responsible for any local, state, provincial, or federal taxes on any Claim payment. Fraudulent submissions will be denied and may result in prosecution under provincial or federal law. This promotion is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, without regard to the conflict of law principles. As a condition of receiving any payment under this Rebate program, Purchaser agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between Purchaser and Woodtone and any causes of action arising out of or which are in any way connected to the Rebate program, any Claim, or these terms and conditions, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in British Columbia, Canada having jurisdiction. Woodtone’s maximum liability in any such dispute is limited to the maximum Rebate available under the Rebate program. Purchaser expressly waives any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. All rebate Claim submissions are subject to Woodtone’s privacy policy.
