Production Team Member – Everett

We are seeking reliable individuals to join our team in our production facilities based in Everett, WA. The average employee has 8 years at Woodtone and we want people who are interested in staying and growing with us! No experience required and all training is provided.

  • $18.50 – $20.00/hr with increases after 3 and 12 months

Responsibilities:

  • Stacking & bundling of building materials (siding, trim, plank, panels, etc.) – SPF, Hardie board, engineered wood.
  • Feeding materials into coating machines
  • Packaging, labelling and quality control
  • Assist with machine set-ups, operation and general maintenance
  • General related production duties and clean-up

Requirements:

  • Ability to work proficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Team first attitude; strong interpersonal skills
  • Good Physical Condition, capable of repetitive lifting and physical labor
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Numeracy skills
  • Desire to learn and continuously improve
  • Reliability in attendance and punctuality

Candidates will be trained and must adhere to all safety and operating procedures in a production environment. We are looking for strong team players with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
