Position Overview

Are you passionate about providing customers with an unparalleled experience? Woodtone is looking to add an energetic inside sales account representative, committed to delighting our customers daily. The ideal candidate loves generating sales orders and wants to be an active contributor to growing the business. They also truly enjoy helping and collaborating with others. On a typical day, you can expect to:

  • Be the first point of contact for inbound dealer sales phone calls and e-mails.
  • Enter, manage, and close quotes and orders with impeccable accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional service and communication, with a focus on delighting customers.
  • Build incredible relationships with customers, including outside sales partners, distributors, retailers, builders etc.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • 1-3 years’ experience of order management / inside sales.
  • 3+ years’ experience in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in building products is considered an asset.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Team first mindset, with the will and desire to build great relationships with peers.
  • Positive, upbeat, can-do attitude.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize work.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and curious to learn and grow.

 

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000

*Note: This is not a remote position. This position will be out of our head office in Chilliwack, BC.
