Duties & Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Creative Development:

  • Uphold Woodtone’s branding strategy, including graphic standards, and messaging policies.
  • Design and develop advertising and graphics for traditional media.
  • Create layouts and templates for sales tools and corporate materials.
  • Coordinate with print suppliers, creative agencies, and other marketing vendors.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and InDesign) is essential.

Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, website, and SEO/SEM.
  • Create compelling content and designs for digital channels.
  • Analyze campaign data to boost performance and ROI.
  • Manage and maintain our digital brand presence, staying up to date on trends and tools.
  • Collaborate on integrated marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate digital marketing efforts to align with company goals.

Content Marketing Strategy & Trade Support:

  • Assist in developing trade tools, campaigns, and programs.
  • Manage key trade marketing materials, such as point-of-sale materials and retail education programs.
  • Develop case studies from sales programs and campaigns.
  • Support internal and external communication, including trade media inquiries.
  • Support the sample program, assisting with orders, budgets, and inventory management.

Event Support:

  • Aid in organizing trade events and promotions.
  • Maintain an events calendar and track inventory for promotional items.


Education & Experience

  • 2+ years of marketing experience with a B2B focus (construction industry experience is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with CRM systems and HubSpot Marketing Automation platform.
  • Demonstrated experience in targeting audiences and crafting effective campaigns.
